All information is held in a secure electronic or physical manner. Information methods include electronic databases and customer management databases the require logins and passwords.
We may store information with electronic third-party data storage providers. Where we do this, we use contractual arrangements to protect that information and restrict the use of it.
We’ll only keep your information for as long as we require it for the purposes that is was collected for. We’re also required to keep some of your information for certain periods of time under law. When we no longer require your information, we’ll ensure that your information is destroyed or deidentified.

PAYMENT SECURITY
All our real-time credit card authorisations are handled by secure third-party gateway providers and these are secured by the highest level of security. The following measures are taken to protect your data:
Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by us or any outside party.
All transaction data is encrypted for storage within our third-party gateway suppliers bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
Our third-party gateway provider is an authorised third-party processor for all the major Australian banks.
Our third-party gateway provider will at no time touch your funds, all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by us.

Seamlss, Annature, Xero, Microsoft, MYOB, Quickbooks and other apps that allow us to complete client work.;
Other third parties such as Dubsado, Zoom, Active Campaign, MailChimp for processing and holding Data that enables us to ensure you are kept informed of all course information, logins and marketing material, offers, promotions, newsletters, blogs and video training.
Where we have your consent to do so or otherwise where we are legally permitted to do so.
We use third-party gateway providers that are widely respected for providing secure and reliable online payment solutions. We have chosen to deal with the best so you can feel safe that your personal information is always kept safe and secure. While we attempt to protect the information in our possession, no security system is perfect, and we cannot promise that information about you will remain secure in all circumstances.
The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information security standard for all organisations that handle branded credit cards from major card schemes. PCI DSS is a standard mandated by the card brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover and is managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information through our Site and the service providers.

ACCESSING INFORMATION WE HOLD ABOUT YOU
You have the right to view and have a copy of personal information about you that we hold at any time, unless we are permitted under the Privacy Act Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2021 or the GDPR to refuse access. We will provide you with the information within 30 days of your request, unless doing so would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others (e.g. another person’s confidentiality or intellectual property rights). We will tell you if we can’t comply with your request and why. We may charge you a reasonable fee for processing your request for access to your information. Identification will also be required to access your personal information.
INACCURATE INFORMATION
We endeavour to ensure that the personal information we hold about you is accurate and up-to-date. You can contact us to ask us to correct any information we hold about you that you believe is inaccurate.
HOW DO YOU MAKE A COMPLAINT?
If you believe that there has been a breach of privacy or you do not agree with a decision we have made about your access to or correction of personal information, you can make a complaint to us through our Privacy Officer on the details below under the heading “Contact Us” and we will endeavour to resolve it by following our internal complaint resolution process. If your complaint relates to how we handle and access a correction request, then you may take your complaint directly to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. You are not required to let us try to fix it first, although we would welcome you giving us the opportunity to try and do so. If your complaint is about other things in relation to your personal information, we will let you know how we will deal with it within 7 days. If we can’t fix things within 30 days or any longer agreed timeframe, we’ll let you know why and how long we think it will take. We will also ask you for an extension of time to fix the matter. If you have any concerns, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information.
